JAMES A. JEGEDE
CEO | 2008 till date
James, an engineering graduate, has been in the security industry for 10 years. He is one of the few Application and Commissioning Engineers for ZITON (now GE) from South Africa operating in Nigeria. He holds a System Commissioning Engineer Certificate for the GENT Addressable Fire Detection and Alarm System from the UK.
Full certified Project Management Certification from American University of Nigeria, Yola. Oversaw over 100 projects (started and commissioned) in Nigeria and West Africa.
Business strategy and planning. Public relations, and leadership. In his commitment to consistently deliver client projects and meet their needs on time, he attended the Lagos Business School for a course in Project Management. He has also participated in numerous Security and Facility Management seminars both within and outside Nigeria.
In addition to his GENT and ZITON certifications, he holds certificates for the installation and commissioning of Kentec products, as well as the refill and installation of FM200 and NOVEC Automatic Fire Extinguishing Systems from Macron, UK.
JEGEDE JIMOH JERRY

A graduate of Accounting with a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Management from the University of Maiduguri.
He has worked as an Accountant, Finance Manager, Finance and Admin Manager, and Internal Auditor in various private sector organizations.
He is currently the Finance and Admin Director at Jegcy Systems Company Ltd.
KEN EKERETE
Partner
Mr. Ken Ekerete holds an MSc in Computation from UMIST, Manchester, UK, fully sponsored by the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC). He has also attended various courses in team building, strategic development, and operational management techniques.
After working as a project manager and director for many companies in Nigeria, he most recently served with the Appropriation Committee of the National Assembly, Abuja. His experience in national budget policy formulation, preparation, and implementation is now being applied in the private sector.
He aims to help reduce the losses Nigerian companies and homeowners face due to fire, burglary, and theft by developing tailored technological solutions and deploying the best manpower for installation and maintenance.

Business Development Officer
Graduate of Banking and Finance from Lagos State Polytechnic, worked in various private sectors as Customer Relationship Officer.
